FAQ

How do you photograph weddings?

Weirdly, the biggest compliment I get from my couples is that they forget that I am there, the gallery is delivered and I receive emails to say they didn't even realise I was taking half the pictures I have taken! The approach is very relaxed, I aim to capture the emotions, the moments in between the bigger ones, and everything as it was on your day. Perfect for those of us who are a little camera shy. Rest assured I do also do the traditional group photos, and whisk you away for 15 minutes or so to capture some special moments of the both of you together.

Where are you based and do you travel?

Based in a small coastal town in Sussex, but willing to travel almost anywhere! I have grown up and still live in West Sussex with all my family who mean everything to me, only an hour and a half from London by train and 45 minutes from Gatwick Airport, it's the perfect place to live to be able to capture so many different types of weddings! Please note that weddings outside of Sussex and London have an additional travel and accommodation fee, starting at £300 (Kent based weddings I ask for petrol only)

When will we get our photos?

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 8 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, and choose your favourites!

How many pictures will we receive?

For a 9 hours coverage wedding, you will receive between 500 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story. The gallery is not split up into sections of the day but rather put in one folder in order of the days events, so that the images tell a story.

What is the booking process?

Once you have decided you would like me to capture your day, I will ask you for some details to make your contract. Once signed and completed, I will send an invoice outlining how much, and when each payment needs to be made. A 30% deposit needs to be paid in order to secure in your booking, and then the remaining 70% is due 12 weeks before your wedding day. A payment plan can be set up with me to spread out your costs if you would like to pay in instalments.
